个人简历：

1993年7月毕业于河北大学经济学专业，参加工作。2006年6月获得新西兰梅西大学金融专业硕士。2011年1月获得澳大利亚纽卡斯尔大学财务金融学博士。2011年3月到2013年12月在澳大利亚格里菲斯大学从事博士后研究及教学工作。2013年12月受聘为江西财经大学国际金融研究院副教授。2016年7月起聘为齐鲁工业大学工商管理学院教授。

研究领域涉及金融市场及机构运行机制与效能、中小企业融资与创新等方面。主持过澳大利亚政府的房地产价格与融资机制研究课题。现已发表英文正式检索期刊（ABDC检索）出版论文20余篇其中SSCI检索12篇。参加多次国际知名学术会议并作报告20余次。

研究方向：
